Synopsis
Your grandfather appoints you the manager of his apartment complex, a building facing impending demolition due to its bad reputation and unusual occurrences.
Upon discovering that the complex serves as a sanctuary for mystical beings from distant realms, you must collaborate with your tenants—a rebellious dragon, a reclusive elf, and an eccentric beastman—to prevent the redevelopment of your home. This unconventional individual follows his unique rhythm. While amicable and laid-back, Isao delights in teasing you and the other residents for amusement.
